We Started This Company Because Prices Were Too High
A few years ago, we needed fifteen mini splits cleaned and got quotes of $750 or more per unit — almost $15,000 total. That price didn’t make sense for a cleaning service, so we learned to do it ourselves and started offering it to others.
What Affordable Actually Means Here
Affordable doesn’t mean we cut corners. We still deep clean the coil, blower wheel, filters, and drain line on every visit. It means we keep our pricing fair instead of padding it with trip charges and add-on fees.
We’d rather earn repeat business from St. Petersburg homeowners than squeeze extra dollars out of a single visit.
Upfront Pricing for St. Petersburg Homeowners
You’ll know what your cleaning costs before we start. No surprise invoice, no pressure to add services you don’t need. If something beyond a standard cleaning comes up, we tell you and let you decide.
